4. Competitive Gameplay
For games featuring speed runs and leaderboards:
All completion times and scores are subject to verification
We reserve the right to remove suspicious results that suggest artificial input
Fair competition and authentic skill demonstration are expected
Time-based challenges may have specific rules regarding pausing and restarts
5. Game Progress & Unlocks
All unlocked speed tiers, achievements, and control options are for your personal use. These have no monetary value and cannot be transferred. We may adjust game timing or add new speed challenges through updates.
6. Performance Variables
We strive for consistent performance across devices, but cannot guarantee identical timing precision on all hardware. Game speed and responsiveness may vary based on your device's capabilities and current system load.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR FAST-PACED GAMES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITH A FOCUS ON SPEED AND PRECISION. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT TIMING MECHANICS WILL BE PERFECTLY IDENTICAL ACROSS ALL DEVICES, AS HARDWARE AND BROWSER PERFORMANCE MAY VARY.
